Here you will find "fun facts" about the group, listen to snippets of Forever Rejoice, and you can order your cds and shirts online!! I know I always say this, but I can't say it enough, God is blessing our ministry more than I ever imagined!! I actually have to pinch myself at times to make sure I'm not dreaming!! I LOVE living for GOD!! When you put him first, the blessings our endless!! I've received numerous emails, voice mails, and text messages telling me how much Forever Rejoice is blessing them!! That uplifts me more than anyone will ever know, so to those of you who have told me, I thank you. I actually have to fight back tears when I hear these kinds of things because as I've said before, THIS is what 1WORD is all about. It's not about fame, fortune, and money, it's for God's Glory, and I'm excited to see where he leads us!! I pray that our focus will ALWAYS be on putting him first. We are nothing without God, and he deserves all the credit for everything that is happening in this ministry!! God continues to bless 1WORD!! Tonight we were part of a "Community's Got Talent" talent show. We didn't win the Grand Prize, but that's ok, we took First Prize, and we are SO humbled by that. There were many good acts, and I commend everyone who performed on a job well done. It was a benefit talent show to help a married couple raise funds to do mission work. So what better way to spend an evening than doing what we love, and helping raise money for a good cause!! God is doing GREAT things with us, and I am absolutely blown away by His continued goodness!! Thank you to all who came out to support us tonight! It means so much to all of us!! We are truly blessed beyond words!!! God Bless you all!

Life!

Life is funny at times....especially when you're living for God. Seems when you're just kinda flying by the seat of your pants through life, nothing extremely bad happens. Seems to me when you're not really doing anything for God, Satan is not going to target you because in a sense, you are working for him, and that's exactly what he wants from all of us. It's the ones trying to work for God that he targets and wants to knock down. He already has the ones who don't care about God, so he leaves them alone, and attacks Christians. I've seen times in my life where I'm trying to really live right, and be a great Christian, and Satan bombards me with attacks. But when my relationship is not so strong with God, it seems like smooth sailing...most of the time. I know that's not always the case, but most of the time it seems to be so. As you've seen, God has been doing great things with 1WORD, but I know the times are coming where Satan is going to try to put a stop to what we are doing because we are ministering to the lost, and using our talents for the Lord. Satan HATES good things, and he will use anyone or anything to try and destroy it. I don't know how it is for you, but for me, this only perseveres my faith. It's a test or a trial...James 1:2-3 are some of my favorite scriptures: "Consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance." If I know Satan is trying to drag me down, it only enhances my prayer life and faith, and draws me closer to God, and that's exactly what we all need because we NEED Him!! If I'm being attacked, you can bet you will find Jewels praying harder than ever, and I know God will get me through it. I know that 1WORD is gonna have some trying times ahead, we will hit bumps in the road where Satan tries to knock us down, but I know that we are working for the Lord, and HE will make a way for us to continue on this journey with Him, and touch the lives of people, despite those who want to tear us down. As I've said before, we are overwhelmed by the love and support we have from so many, and saying thank you just doesn't seem to be enough. Just please know how much you all mean to us, and we hope that our ministry touches your life in a way like never before. Everything we do is for God, and it is my prayer that it always will be. I'm excited to see where He leads this ministry, and I hope that you will all come along for the ride!! Have a blessed day!

Humbled!!

Today was outstanding!! I'm blown away at the awesome things God is doing with 1WORD. We are truly blessed! I just can't say this enough!! Today we had a gig for a church having a music festival. The audience was so well receiving of us, but what touched me and humbled me most was what happened AFTER we sang, as we were leaving the church. A lady came up to each one of us, and gave us a hug. She just thanked us over and over for coming, and told us how much our music touched her. She said she had to get up and get some tissues because she was crying. In that moment, it hit me hard that THIS is why 1WORD does what we do. It's not about us, it's not about us being SO talented, it's not for OUR glory, but it's for God's glory! If I can sing a song, and bring someone closer to God, then I'm doing what the Lord wants me to do, and I want to be used for Him. God is the one who allows me to be a part of such a great group, and given me a talent to use for HIM. I sometimes still have to pinch myself to make me realize I'm not dreaming, but I'm actually LIVING my dream! I am finally able to use my passion for the Lord in a way I have always wanted to, and it's the greatest feeling in the world!! It is my prayer that 1WORD continues to touch people, and change lives of everyone we sing for!! I just want God to use us, and today was proof enough for me that He is!! Wow! He is awesome!! Thank you all for letting me share my exciting story!! I hope you've all had a blessed Saturday!!!
