Keep Yourself Humble!!

The biggest thing I really try and work on in my life is humility. Sure, I have alot going for me, and I could brag all day long about things, but that is NOT me, it's not how I am, I don't like talking about myself, or making a name for myself. I forever want to stay humble. I think one of my biggest fears is getting a haughty attitude, I'm just always self conscious of this as I've seen so many people in life who used to be humble, and now they have such big heads, I'm surprised they can fit in a room. In my life, I always strive, want to have, and keep a humble heart and attitude in all things. Jesus could have been the most stuck up person ever with all that he could do, but He was not. Jesus is the prime example of humility, and I am NOTHING without Him!! I learn this more and more with each passing day with things I deal with. 1 Pet. 5:5-6 "Young men, in the same way be submissive to those who are older. All of you, clothe yourselves with HUMILITY toward one another, because, 'God opposes the proud but gives grace to the HUMBLE.' HUMBLE yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time." My constant prayer is humility! I never want to be proud or boast about anything I do, because I'm only the person I am by God's blessings, not because of Jewels greatness. If you think you're "all that", just remember these words..."Pride cometh before a fall..." Have a blessed day!!
