What Do You See?? Part II

Thanks Jill and Patricia for your comments on my previous blog. I think we all have words to describe a baby when we see or hold one. Whenever I see a little baby like this, it reminds me of peace, innocence, and GOD. God's perfect peace that passes all understanding. They are innocent and know nothing about the evils of the world, they are without sin, they are perfect. I see God's awesomeness in them, how he creates a human being inside a mother's womb. Everything is perfect, down to every minute detail. They are just like us as adults, only on a much SMALLER scale. When I see a baby, tears are brought to my eyes for different reasons. I see how fragile, how perfect they are, and to think that God's mighty hand formed them is just absolutely incredible. But I also have tears in my eyes wondering what in the world they are going to face when they are our age? Our world is nuts, if you haven't watched the news lately, just turn it on. I wish we could be more like little children. How I love this verse, Matt. 19:14 (NIV) "Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." If our world was like the innocence of a child...wow...can you even fathom? How I long for the world where everything is perfect, and we will once again have the innocence of children! We will never be hindered, and will be able to say "The Kingdom of Heaven belongs to us!!" Have a blessed day!
